Don't even bother driving there anymore. If you've got to do anything in Santa Monica or Venice or wherever the fuck, make the friend drive. Telling you, if you ever have to go to that inferno of crap shown above - count the rest of the day out. They fined a mexican dude $367 for using a leaf blower, right in front of me very eyes....I shit you not.
